For production up to 200kg / h, and for moulding different kind of final products: spherical mozzarella, mini-balls mozzarella, treccia, nodino, cylindrical products, etc.
Suitable for small and medium dairies and also for supermarkets interested to produce fresh and high quality mozzarella in front of the eyes of the customers.
