Description:

This is a versatile machine,

which uses a high speed grinding steel wire.

It moves in high speed and to cut complex 2D shapes from rigid and flexible foams.

These include flexible and rigid PU, EPS, PE, PVC, EVA, Rock wool and phenol foams.

The machines are driven by the remarkable D&T Profiler software,

which speeds up the design process and enables the

operator to obtain the best yield from the foam block.

Fast Wire Contour Cutter has perfect safety system to prevent the accident.

All Motor will stop

when the safety door be opened;

Exigency button on both machine and control box for accident;
