Product Introduction
Spiral fin tube is a kind of high efficiency heat transfer element
with spiral fin.
Its heat transfer area is several times to dozens of times of the
light tube, can strengthen heat transfer, reduce flow resistance,
reduce metal consumption, thus improving the economy of heat
exchange equipment and operating reliability.
At present, spiral fin tube has been widely used in various
boilers.
Spiral finned tube can be manufactured by various methods. At
present, there are mainly the following manufacturing methods for
the finned tube used in heat exchange equipment such as boilers and
pressure vessels: high-frequency resistance welding spiral finned
tube, brazing spiral finned tube and integral spiral finned tube.

Features

improve the heat transfer effect.

Advantages
The spiral finned steel tubes used now are mostly spiral finned
steel tubes of winding type, high frequency welding type and
brazing type.
The integral spiral finned steel tube, with its long service life,
stable heat transfer performance and obvious energy saving effect,
has become the replacement product of the above three forms of
spiral finned steel tube. Its advantages are shown in the following
aspects:
1. Long service life, which is more than 3 times of the wound and
welded finned steel pipe.
2. The finned root and the pipe are arc-cut, and the finned surface
is smooth, completely eliminating the phenomenon of ash
accumulation, blockage, and slag formation caused by the unfoldable
finned root of other finned pipes.
3, the use of hot rolling rolling process, improve the metal
structure of the density, yield strength, tensile strength and wear
resistance.

times of the welded spiral fin steel tube of the same
specification.

temperature, bad environment of the work place, will not occur in
other forms of fin steel pipe due to fin relaxation, falling off
caused by unstable heat transfer performance phenomenon.
