Fiber Glasses Strength PPR Composition Pipe Extrusion Machine Line

Consists of PPR inner and outer layers and a special mixture of Glass Fiber (GF) PP middle layer.The Glass Fiber Reinforced (GFR) within the two layers of PPR activates as an agent to reduce extension capability of the pipes nearly to the level of metal pipes. GFR pipe bears all of the physical in same pressure rating pipes and can be safely used under 10 bar pressure at 90°C liquid or air transmissions

Feature of PPR Fiberglass Composite Pipe :

• Greetly reduced linear expansion coefficient, 70% less than ordinary PP-R pipe, close to that of the stable composite pipes.
• Higher strength and stability of dimension. It can bear 25% more pressure than PP-R under the same condition.
• Improved resistant to impulse under low temperature
• Excellent resistant to high temperature. lt can be used in 90 for long term
• Socket fusion connection with PP-R fittings, credible and convenient
• Unlike alumunium foiled pipes; there is no need to shave the end of the pipe. Welding process should begin directly. This provides ease of install
