Preformed Suspension set for conductor is intended for use on all aluminum based conductors installation in power transmission lines.The product is designed as a complex of components to reduce the static and dynamic stresses at the support point,the fatigue resistance of conductor is greatly improved.Double support suspension products are available.During installation,care should be taken to ensure a successful installation.This product is intended for use by trained craftspeople only.

Armor Grip Suspension for conductor consists of the following parts:

1,Armor Rods . material:Aluminum Alloy and Aluminum Clad Steel for ACSR and AAAC,Ball end.Right lay is standard.

2,Housing, material:High-Strength Aluminum Alloy.

3,Insert. material:EPDM rubber, aluminum alloy reinforcement .

4,U clamp, material:High-Strength Aluminum Alloy.

5,Bolt. material:Galvanized Steel.

Vertical ultimate load:not less 50kN.

Slip load:not less 18% RTS of the conducto
