How does your product ship?
We have a well engineered shipping and packaging process so that all of our plants and trees can be packed and shipped as economically as possible. From standardized corrugated cardboard boxes that ship via Small Parcel (Ground) to custom wooden creates that ship via LTL, we can pack just about all of our products. When artificial trees are too large to be packed in boxes or crates, we contract for semi trailers or sea containers and build internal framework so that the trees can be safely secured until they arrive at the client site.

Can you ship your product internationally?
Yes. Our product has been installed in over 50 countries. We offer both Ocean shipment (LCL, 20’ Sea Container, 40’ Sea Container) and Air shipment.

1,Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes. We have a large showroom in our factory that has been constructed to show our silk plants and trees as they would be used in applications. We have created various themes including tropical, wilderness and Asian. In addition, since our showroom is connected to our manufacturing facility clients have the ability to tour the production floor and review the craftsmanship of our finished trees and plants.

2,Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Yes,please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample

3.Can you installation in another country?
Yes,we can destribute employees to your country to do install work if necessary.

4,What is your order minimum?
We do have minimum order guidelines; however, we can be flexible depending on the specific request

5,What if I don’t see the variety of plant or tree I would like?
We have an internal library of photos detailing the thousands of plants and trees we have manufactured. Chances are we have manufactured your desired plant variety for a past client, so we always recommend you contact us to discuss your specific plant needs.
