The advanced opening clamping mechanism can adapt to various types of cardboard and corrugated paper; the front and rear positioning and lateral positioning mechanisms ensure the accuracy of die-cutting paper. Equipped with high-precision intermittent mechanism; quick-acting pneumatic clutch and pneumatic lock plate. The programmable controller and man-machine interface are used to display the working speed, number of processed sheets, and total running time of the machine; the fault display of the machine makes the troubleshooting operation very convenient. The frequency converter is used to control the main motor, stepless speed regulation, and stable operation. The machine is equipped with sensors and safety devices in many places to ensure the normal operation of the machine and personal safety. Die-cutting pressure can be adjusted individually, manual turning of the mold is convenient and labor-saving, and die-cutting without knife edge.

The steel plate adopts quenched manganese alloy steel material, which has extremely long life. The steel plate pneumatic suspension device ensure plate can be easily loaded and unloaded. Electric adjustment of die cutting pressure is more convenient and quick.

Automatic Paper Collection department Receiving paper without stopping to ensure that the whole machine does not stop running. The output belt can quickly and conveniently transfer the paper pile to ensure that there is no scratches or garland in printing.
