Brazing furnace is an equipment used for metal brazing and bright
heat treatment. Suitable for mass production of small and
medium-sized stainless steel parts (tableware, cutting tools,
hardware, etc.), such as martensitic stainless steel bright
quenching and tempering, and austenitic stainless steel bright
annealing.
Brazing furnaces are used in industries such as steel and
metallurgy. Mainly used for filter refrigeration accessories in the
automotive industry, aerospace industry, and can also be used for
brazing and bright heat treatment of refrigerators, air
conditioners, electronics, microwave magnetron industries, and
other stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and copper components.
The components of the brazing furnace are: degreasing furnace →
spray system → drying drive → drying furnace → drying passive,
brazing passive → front chamber → brazing furnace → water cooling
(dry cooling) → strong air cooling → brazing furnace drive.
The brazing furnace is finely and reasonably divided into heating
zones, with high-precision advanced temperature control instruments
for hardware selection and software parameter adjustment. The
furnace temperature control accuracy is required to be high (± 1
℃), and the temperature uniformity in the brazing area is within ±
2 ℃, ensuring the sensitive and critical temperature requirements
required for brazing. Brazing in a vacuum atmosphere can maintain
the cleanliness and brightness of the workpiece.
