The production process of colored carbon fiber board is roughly divided into the following steps:

• Raw material selection: Select high-quality carbon fiber and resin materials to ensure product quality.
• Fiber weaving: Weave carbon fiber into a specific structure to meet different performance requirements.
• Resin impregnation: Soak the woven carbon fiber in resin so that the resin evenly impregnates the fiber.
• Curing and molding: The carbon fiber material impregnated with resin is cured and molded under high temperature and high pressure to form the final product.
• Surface treatment: Through spraying, electroplating, and other processes, give carbon fiber boards different colors to achieve personalized customization.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.
